Social Run - 04/12/2005

Wrotham, Kent
A few simple rules when out on a run, Introduce yourself to the leaders. Get phone numbers of others out on the run. Use the drop off system (we will explain). Make sure you know who the last man is. Always ride at your own pace. Do not get sucked into how someone else rides. Never leave your junction until the last man arrives, they may be dealing with a problem and are relying on you to be there so WAIT. Your safety and the safety of others on the ride must always come before speed or postion.
